OrthAlign to Exhibit at American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons in San Diego and showcase its next generation KneeAlign® system

Aliso Viejo, CA - January 26, 2011 - OrthAlign, Inc., a privately held commercial stage medical device company, will be exhibiting February 16 through February 18, 2011 at the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons Annual Meeting at the San Diego Convention center (AAOS).

Since its market introduction in late 2010, OrthAlign's first product, the KneeAlign® system for tibial alignment in total knee arthroplasty, has been used in over 750 procedures. KneeAlign® has been widely endorsed by surgeons for its unique combination of precision and ease of use. (Click here to watch a surgical video). Multiple clinical studies are currently underway at leading US institutions to further demonstrate KneeAlign's precision, reliability and intra-operative ease-of-use.

During the AAOS, OrthAlign will be showcasing its next generation KneeAlign® system, which combines tibial and femoral total knee replacement navigation in a single, palm-sized device. The 510(k) submission for this next generation KneeAlign system is currently under review by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
