Dr. Jason Holm

Dr. Jason Holm is an orthopedic surgeon located in Burnsville, MN. He graduated from medical school at the University of Minnesota Medical School, and completed his residency there as well. After that, he completed his fellowship training at the Lake Tahoe Sports Medicine Fellowship Program. Dr. Holm makes it his mission to return his patients to an active and healthy lifestyle through his work. Currently, he is affiliated with: Eagan Orthopedic Surgery Center, Fairview Ridges Hospital, and Minnesota Valley Surgery Center.
