Dr. John Meehan

Dr. John Meehan is an orthopedic surgeon located in Sacramento, CA. He earned his medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine in 1991, and after that, he received resident training in orthopaedics at the UC Davis Medical Center from 1991-1996. Following that, he received additional fellowship training in Adult Reconstructive Surgery at the New England Baptist Hospital and Arthroscopy and Sports Medicine at the S.O.A.R. Orthopedic Group in Menlo Park, CA. He is currently affiliated with the Lawrence J. Ellison Ambulatory Care Center, part of the UC Davis Health Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Meehan is not afraid to take the time to explain the procedures to his patients so that they can feel comfortable with the entire process, and makes patient comfort a priority.
